I’m fairly sure that’s a Coton de tulear, not a Maltese.

It’s name is Figaro! I have a friend who was in her Broadway show and they call it Figgy for short, Her pictures of the dog and them are absolutely adorable.

Yes, I think its a Coton de Tulear, he looks like my coton.
